Wedding videographer in Bucharest for cinematic wedding films

A wedding can, quite simply, mean “from morning until the next morning :))”. In practice, I usually film through the cake and a little beyond, because after that, unless something important is still happening, there is usually much less new story to capture.

Even when a job could technically be covered with a single camera, I normally bring one or two additional cameras. I want them for coverage and for my own peace of mind. I work alone most of the time; we use two camera operators when the event is genuinely complex, there is a lot happening, or important moments take place simultaneously in different locations.

I do not use one fixed recipe for sound. For a teaser, good in-camera sound may be enough; if there is a live band worth preserving properly, I can take a feed from the mixer; for a testimonial or interview I use a lavalier microphone; otherwise I choose the source that best fits the situation.

What I watch for is emotion, dialogue, reactions and everything happening around the couple, not only the couple themselves. After hundreds of events, anticipating the moment becomes a reflex. I do not tell people how to feel. I can create a movement, a small game or a visual situation, then film the real reaction. Some people need a little direction. Others need none at all.

Rain means the drone stays grounded. A very dark church means a different exposure and a different filming discipline. A delayed schedule means I move with it. And if an aerial perspective is unavailable or simply does not make sense, I sometimes raise a DJI Pocket 4 on a monopod for a high moving perspective. It is not a drone. It is simply another solution.

I generally try to deliver within about three weeks at most, and sometimes sooner, depending on the project. Traditionally I delivered a long-form film plus a teaser; today more and more clients mainly want the highlights film, and I like that shorter format precisely because I can shape it more intensely.
