The registered office is the company’s legal address. It is not presented as a public walk-in studio, shop or customer reception point. N-trance Media works primarily across Bucharest & Ilfov, at the project location; studio use is by appointment where the project requires it.

This notice explains who operates ntrance.ro, what information may be processed when someone uses the website or contacts N-trance Media, which technical services and third-party platforms are used in the current version of the site, and how a person can request information about their personal data.

ntrance.ro does not currently use a public contact form. A visitor may voluntarily provide information when choosing to contact N-trance Media by phone, email, WhatsApp or through other external platforms that they deliberately open.

Depending on the conversation, this information may include the person’s name, phone number, email address, details about a project or event, its date and location, and any other information the person chooses to provide.

The current version of ntrance.ro uses or links to the following external services and technical components:

  • Google Analytics 4 — on pages where it is loaded, the site uses Measurement ID G-RB8PHG8N0X to measure traffic and aggregate performance. The GA4 implementation may use identifiers and first-party cookies to distinguish users and sessions.
  • Cloudflare — infrastructure used for hosting/delivery, security and the technical operation of the website. In providing these services, technical network data such as IP addresses and traffic information may be processed.
  • YouTube — used for videos embedded directly on some pages and for links to films/channels. The platform is operated by Google/YouTube and may use its own technologies when the player or platform is accessed.
  • WhatsApp — used for contact links initiated by the user. Opening WhatsApp moves the interaction to the service operated by Meta.
  • Google / Google Business Profile / Google Reviews — used for the public link to N-trance Media reviews and for the visible Google rating context.
  • rating.ntrance.ro — a technical endpoint used by google-rating.js to request the current public rating value and number of reviews displayed on the site.
  • Other external platforms — some pages contain links to services such as LinkedIn, Facebook, IMDb, profilvideo.ro and other editorial/professional pages. These services are operated by third parties, not by N-trance Media.

Depending on the context, data may be processed in order to respond to enquiries, prepare or discuss a requested photo/video project, operate and secure the website, measure aggregate traffic and performance, and display films or external portfolio resources.

ntrance.ro does not claim to operate a newsletter, public marketing database or CRM where those systems are not present in the current technical implementation.

ntrance.ro does not claim to operate without cookies. Google Analytics 4 may use first-party cookies, while external services and video players may use their own storage or identification mechanisms depending on the platform and how it is accessed.

In the current technical version audited for this page, there is no dedicated consent banner and no Consent Mode configuration was identified in the site code. This page is a transparency notice and does not replace a separate assessment of any consent requirements applicable to non-essential technologies.

Personal information provided directly by an individual is retained only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the relevant communication or project and, where applicable, for legal, accounting or contractual obligations. Retention periods for technical or analytics data may also depend on the configuration and policies of the relevant external provider.
