Professional interview
For professionals and experts who need to explain clearly who they are, what they do or how they think, without sounding as though they have memorised a script for the camera.
Video interviews & testimonials · Bucharest + Ilfov
A good interview does not begin when you press REC. It begins when the person in front of the camera stops thinking about the camera.
N-trance Media creates clear, natural and cinematic video interviews and testimonials for websites, LinkedIn, YouTube, professional presentations and company communication.

Conversation, not recitation
Before the cameras are set, we clarify what needs to be understood, what needs to be said and who the film is for.
Sometimes the first question never reaches the final edit. It is there so the person in front of the camera understands that they are allowed to pause, restart and speak naturally.
A video interview can stand on its own or become the core of a testimonial, a corporate film, a professional presentation, a video CV or a more extensive story about a person or company.
Different formats, the same principle
For professionals and experts who need to explain clearly who they are, what they do or how they think, without sounding as though they have memorised a script for the camera.
Clients, partners or collaborators speaking about a real experience. The focus stays on credibility and specific experience rather than advertising lines.
Founders, managers, specialists and professionals who need to communicate expertise, authority and a point of view in a clear video format.
For professionals who want a concise video CV or professional introduction that shows experience, skills and personality without turning the presentation into a rigid monologue.
A video CV can be adapted for recruitment, LinkedIn, a personal website or direct professional presentation.
A series of interviews or several participants for corporate projects, employer branding, case studies, events or company documentaries.

Beyond REC
A strong interview does not become strong simply because the camera and lighting are good.
The room, camera position, distance, background, sound and the way the conversation is guided all influence what a person says and how they say it.
I am not looking for a performance. I am looking for the moment when the person starts speaking naturally about something they genuinely know.

Image, sound and context
Depending on the project, we use one or more cameras, dedicated audio recording and lighting adapted to the space.
The interview can be supported by atmosphere, activity, location details and other contextual images that give the answers a visual world.
In the edit, we select the essential ideas, preserve the person’s natural rhythm and build the version that best fits its audience and platform.
How we work
We define who is speaking, who the film is for and what needs to remain clear after the viewer watches it.
We choose the location, framing, lighting, sound and direction of the conversation. The person does not need to memorise a complete script.
The interview is guided but flexible. We repeat when necessary and keep the moments in which the answer feels natural.
We select the answers, rhythm, contextual footage and sound, then deliver the final film and any agreed shorter versions.
Bucharest + Ilfov
We film video interviews at company offices, professional practices, studios, workshops, hotels, workspaces or other locations suited to the project.
The cameras, lighting and sound setup are adapted to the space without turning every production into an unnecessarily complicated film set.
For projects outside Bucharest and Ilfov, availability depends on schedule, distance and production requirements.
Interview or video profile?
A video interview usually starts from a specific communication goal: expertise, a testimonial, company communication, professional presentation or explaining an experience.
A video profile or Business Story starts more from the person, their profession and the wider story around them.

Frequently asked questions
No. For most interviews, it is more important to be clear about what you want to communicate than to memorise complete sentences. We prepare the themes and questions, then build the answers naturally.
That is very common. We do not start with the idea that the first take has to be perfect. The first few minutes are also for getting comfortable, and the filming develops at the person’s pace.
Interviews are built primarily as a guided conversation. If a project requires very precise wording, we decide in advance which working method makes the most sense.
Yes. We can adapt the cameras, lighting and sound to an office, professional practice, studio, workshop or other space, provided the location allows the interview to be filmed properly.
It depends on the project. Sometimes one camera is enough. In other situations, two or more cameras provide more freedom in the edit and more security for conversations that should not be interrupted.
Yes. If agreed from the beginning, the main film can be complemented by shorter versions for a website, LinkedIn, YouTube or social media.
Yes. A video CV or professional introduction can be built around a short guided interview rather than a memorised speech. We can focus on experience, skills, motivation and personality, depending on where the video will be used.
